Help!!! Has someone experienced iTunes logo on iPhone 5s when tried to activate with rsim12???

Activate it with iccid not via this settings
It will be ok

Update latest ios via setting and activate againt tested 100% for iphone 6s

Sounds like you have an Total Wireless or tracfone iPhone. Sorry to inform you but those iPhones are not supported
