How bypass Activation ios 8.3 iphone 4s - GSM-Forum

I have problem with activation of 4s, iOS 8,3 which is locked by Softbank, Japan. Since I want to unlock it by R-sim but the phone is not activated and does not show the menu. However I tried jailbreak with TaiG, but it asks me first to activate the phone.
How can I bypass the activation?

try to use other rsim or much better use japan softbank simcard then activate phone.

Actually I don't have Japan's softbank Simcard, Is there any other way to activate it?

USE RSIM for activate. then unlock your iphone with imei!
