any body know how to unlock iPhone 4s to US Alaska Communications with rsim 9???

Only supports 2G internet unless you try 4S iOS6 mode first. Then choose the locked carrier whether Sprint/Verizon/AT&T. Now go to unlockpro.ru/nano4g and Force 2G. Restart for service and try to Force 3G to see if 3G is working.
