Member: 2010130 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | iPhone 4S I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.0.1. It is locked to Verizon USA and I'm using it with an X-Sim (Don't know which version it is). I ordered R-Sim 8 Gold from eBay yesterday, the one which supports iOS7. What I want to know is if I update my phone, lets say, as soon as iOS7 comes out, will it ask me to activate the phone by inserting a sim card? Or take me straight to the homescreen (after the setup)? Like, will I be able to use my phone (not call/sms) without having the R-Sim already? Also, if that's not possible and I have to wait for my R-Sim to be delivered first, what course am I supposed to follow before updating to iOS7 that my phone works perfectly? I'm a newbie at this stuff so a good explanation would be great. Thank you for your great unlocking solution. Cheers. |

So all I have to do is press update, and I'll have iOS7 up and running? IF this is not the case, would I be able to downgrade to iOS6? Also, one last thing. Once I've updated, and I get my R-Sim. Will I be able to use it as the standard plug and play? Thank you so much for your quick reply. |

You will have only a couple of hours to downgrade to 6.1.3 tomorrow. Apple will probably stop signing 6.1.x tomorrow at night or on Thursday. |

Member: 2010130 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | That's great. So basically once I'm on iOS7, when I get my R-Sim all I need to do is plug it in and start using my phone? I'm sorry for bugging you. And once again, thank you. |
