iPhone 4S IOS 7.1.1 RSIM 9 Gold
Currently locked to Rogers. Trying to use on Fido.

I keep getting invalid sim and need to pop in the original rogers sim to activate the phone. Upon inserting the rsim with fido sim in again, back to activate screen.

I found the instructions hard to follow since the english translation is pretty terrible. I should be selecting Rogers in the sim application correct?

Try a Network reset under Settings - General - Reset and try again.

Also make sure your sim card is a 128K sim and not a LTE 256K

It's LTE, all they carry around here. Why doesn't that work? That's not on the product info anywhere is it?

Some claim it works..But I don't even mess with it.. I Stick to what works.

A 128K sim card will get you working.

Try to find one. Ebay will have them sometimes.

Ebay this number 131166514506 That should be what you're looking for.

Can I get a confirmation that a 128K sim will definitely work with rsim 9 gold iphone 4s on 7.1.1?

I've thrown a lot of money at this phone, including new sim, r sim, rpatch code....
