iphone 5 Sprint on ios 7.0.x! should i buy it or not? can it be unlocked for calls, sms and internet?

If you jailbreak it'll be fine. Otherwise better not

Yes you can..., every things works perfectly if its jailbroken..

No way to tell if it can be jailbroken. Only about 1 in 4 on 7.0.x can be jailbroken. You only need jailbreak for SMS out.
