i have problems with iphone 5c att not appear data EDGE or 3g logo
next to carrier

when pop up menu appear i see in mobile data LTE and then change to 3g
only have Calls but not dat

Try with Installing APN Profile for your carrier through unlockit.co.nz
I think it will solve your problem.

You need to use iRose patch(unlockpro.ru/nano4g) and Force 2G mode. 3G only supported with 64K SIM cut to nano size.

i installed apn unlock it but not appear data
irose also not appear symbol of edge or 3g

Maybe chip is defective. I would try another one.

ATT default bundle hides mobile data network settings. You can use unlockit.co.nz to install data profile. Without jailbreak, no way to manually access the settings to setup picture messaging or tethering.

i installa unlockitz but no data work in iphone 5S att
only can make calls

What iOS version? Maybe try RSIM Air 2 or another unlock chip of the same type.
