I have iphone 5s that is on icloud and
the imei is blocked, please with this
R-SIM, will I be able to use the phone?

for now.. not possible for icloud locked/stolen phones.. may be possible in feature..

does it bypass the activation lock screen ???
no matter to get signal. ican use it as ipod

No, u will get signal but it can not force activation, u will have just next step

->4
1)Select language
2)Select country
3)Select conection
4)Apple Id and password

R-SIM emulate simcard of other network (with some problems like internet connection, short codes, roaming data, and county codes in messages)
