isamteam patches explanations - GSM-Forum

Can anyone explain the specific functions of isamteam patches when I install them to my iPhone? Like what do they do/change/update to my iPhone when I install them. I already browse in google and I can't find any explanation about it.

I am currently fixing some bugs of my iPhone 5s iOS 8.1 (original carrier: KDDI AU) unlocked via R-SIM using the isamteam patches. but whenever I install something, it results to missing some features from my iPhone..

All I wanted to know is what do they do to my iphone whenever I install them.. For those who can help me, thank you in advance!

They are supposed to delete the Carrier Bundle.bundle (default carrier settings) and allow texting & data, but I'm not a fan of doing that. Some people have had luck installing two patches at the same time, but most people say stick to Patch A. Some patches are designed specifically for Chinese carriers too.

Thanks for the reply. anyway I patched the Patch C and it seems working fine for me. but the thing is, the ENABLE LTE from my iphone was missing. I tried installing the TWEAKS patch A:3G/4G together with patch C.. but another problem occured. imessage and facetime cannot be activated from my number.. So as of now, I stick with the Patch C only. Currently looking for some tweaks to activate LTE from my device without altering anything from Patch C.
