Hi guys I found the problem.
I choose te operator than i was choosen 2/3/4g GSM mode
I choose 3G and 4G mode and the code work for both Iphone 5 (softbank) and Iphone 6p (Au kddi).

its not factory unlock i tried activated with the new iccid and the i put sim without your unlock sim it works but after reset again sim cannot be activated without unlocksim
