Metro PCS iPhone 8 plus using tmobile simcard problem
 

Wanted to see if anyone has encountered this issue.
I have a customers iPhone 8 Plus from metro pcs, she wants to use it with tmobile. Using rsim i place the tmobile simcard and it takes me to the activation screen. Once there i punch in the icc id restart the phone and wjen it tries to activate it tells me to connect to itunes. I connect it, but all it does is stay blank.

I also tried it with an att and a cricket card, but with those the phone activates fine. I know its not an issue with the rsim, it does the same thing if i insert the tmobile simcard by itself.

Has anyone encountered any issues like this before?
