i Buy 3 iphone used by Amazon blocked by KDDI Japan.

The 3 phones are not activated. And I can't find a way to use them. I have read that the RSIM 11 is not making the activation. I want to know if this is true..

I live in Venezuela and do not really do. I appreciate your help please!
