Can anyone elaborate the real difference between 9.8 and 10.1 version?

Has these things been fixed in this latest 10.1 version???:

1. ACTIVATION LOOPS WHILE TRAVELLING OR IN A LOW SIGNAL AREA
2. 3G/2G TOGGLE BUTTON WORKING WITHOUT REBOOT
3. INCOMING CALLS AND SMS WORKS ON 3G NETWORK

Make jailbreak install patch then put card select network press accept, restart phone if it not find network go to Settings -> Phone -> SIM Applications and Press button 3G ##### Activation will pop out etc… Wait now for signal bar and board with ####### RESTART when it shows up restart phone You will get signal after restart, tested few times Sometimes 1-2 to 10 need to repeat once again from pressing button in SIM Applications. On 2G simcards incoming calls don't work need to instal patch on my 128k 3G and incoming calls works fine

what is that new 3G option about ? what does it does? is it to enable data after loosing it or what ?

Do I need this up date if v9.8 can't read my micro cut to nano three network (uk) sim? Three SIM card was a micro from 2010 and reads 4g when another iPhone but rsim mini 2 v9.8 doesnt read it! Help please thanks
