if you can not update with dongle what will happen to the users who bought rsim 14 but not in V12.3 Version, if not in the previous one?

IOS 12.3 has been released,

R-sim12 + and R-SIM14 no need guide card ,no need to call * # 5005*7672*..Command, Auto pop up the menu when plug in phone .edit the ICCID freely.
