Member: 2038848 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | No Service RSIM8+ Sprint iPhone 4S iOS 7.0.1 I received my R-SIM8+ today and have been unable to get it working. I am using a new (cut) Straight Talk (AT&T) SIM. I initially inserted the R-SIM+SIM, but the phone did not detect the SIM. I then installed the iR0seTool following the directions on the rsim5 site. After completing these steps, the phone was then able to detect the SIM when inserted. When the menu popped up, I selected "MODE1 FOR ios6 i4S", then "US Sprint". This appeared to complete successfully and I then restarted the phone. The phone now shows "No Service". I then went through the entire process again, with a "real" AT&T nano SIM and also receive no service. Both SIMs work fine in my Nexus 4 with a nano-to-micro adapter. I do not have any more SIMs and cannot get the menu (where I selected MODE1) to come back up. I'm not sure what to try next. Thank you. |

Member: 2038848 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have tried with 3 sims, including one uncut sim. I do not have any more and am unable to get the menu to reappear. Is there anyway to get the menu back without using a new sim? |

Member: 830167 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 82 | The problem may came from radio baseband not read the sim data specially on iOS 7.x. My worked is before put any sim in just patch with iRoseTool and re-boot the phone. After that put the R-Sim+phone SIM into and wait for awhile will pop-up the R-SIM menu for carrier setting-up. Hope can help, goodluck... |

Member: 2038848 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Thank you all for your help. Unfortunately, after 6 SIMs (2 uncut AT&T, 2 cut AT&T and 2 cut Straight talk), the RSIM8+ was unsuccessful at unlocking the phone. After the 100s of insertions/removals while trying to get it working, the RSIM must have become bent and jammed in the phone and was damaged during removal. |

Member: 1314237 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Sounds bad. Regret! I tried r-sim 8+ but got the same issue: no carrier selection menu popped up for Sprint i4s, IOS 6.1.3 on uncut nano AT&T. I heard some succeed with r-sim 7+ and miliki (product support r-sim) recommends r-sim air for iOS 4s. And I'm looking around to unlock my Sprint 4s. |
