I accidentally put the last option in the menu RSIM "For 4G CDMA SIM Card". And now RSIM not respond to the insertion of any SIM. I would like to ask if there was any possibility to reset your RSIM to factory settings?

Enter *5005*7672*00#
setting succeeded, service center address no address
