No. It means you need to upgrade it via the dongle.

It would of been nice if R-SIM team would have responded back to me 3 weeks ago on Whatsapp.

How much does the dongle cost for 1 person? As I go to the shop/website it reads like I have to buy in bulk, I do not want to buy in bulk the dongle....when I only need one.
