I have the older version of iRoseTool... try this

1. Download iRoseTool from here
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pguy1mm0pm...0iR0seTool.ipa
2. Download iTools from here
iTools - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com
3. Open iTools, connect iPhone, and drag the iRoseTool.ipa into the iPhone's apps, and allow it to sync.
4. Open iRoseTool on iPhone, hit home button, open iRosetool again, choose USIM iPhone 5 then hit the top button.
5. Once you get a signal then we know it works and you are getting 2G with signal.
6. Now hit bottom button to force back into 3G if you have a 64K SIM.

Can someone please test? Thanks =)

Tested it and works, but the iRoseTool ipa I listed above didn't work. Have to use iRoseTool v1.1 (link posted in other thread)

Hello today i'm using my iphone 5 locked orange, i'am using this phone with my old 64 K sim card +Rsim, everythings work fine (no need iR0se tool) i have everything 3g smsm , mms , etc.. Can i update to 7.1 , and can i activate it, after upadate to 7.1, with my old 64k sim card? Thhnx For answers
