I have an iphone 5s locked to globe philippines. Im trying to use a digicel sim card here in Papua new Guinea it always got stuck on activation required part that always says invalid sim. What to do please help...

just try another rsim 9pro or another sim...,

R-SIM 9 PRO ONLY SUPPORT 5C And 5S ON IOS 7.0.4 OR BELOW IF UR VERSION IS HIGH THEN USE R-SIM AIR 2 IF UR VERSION IS 7.0.4 OR BELOW THEN TRY WITH OTHER CARD.

I see that's why because i have version 7.1.1, then i guess i have to use the rsim air 2..thanks

By the way, if i upgrade the version of my 5s to version 8, will the rsim9 pro work?

sorry r-sim9pro not support 5s on ios8 u need to use R-SIM AIR 2

9pro support 5c/5s until 8.2 but carrier imsi without GID. Work good on KDDI Japan 4405001/4405401 on 5s 7.1.2-8.2

I was going to create a new thread about the problem that I am having but I found this thread..

Here it goes..

I have an iPhone 5s iOS7 that is originally from T-Mobile.. I bought this device from someone who told me that it worked for him using the Air2 sim but he no longer had it.. so I got this Air2 mini from a friend and when I insert the simcard into the phone it gives the menu to select the carrier.. HOWEVER, it only gives me about 6 seconds before the white screen with the apple logo shows up and locks my phone.. when I unlock the device I get this menu that says ACTIVATION required and then I get the SIM NOT VALID message.

When I insert the simcard without the Air2 I am able to see the dots as for the signal but again I get the activation required message. ALSO, sometimes it says- phone activated with cdma network. for roaming enter a simcard.

What can i do in this case beside factory unlocking the device.

Id really appreciate your help.
