If I have a sprint iphone 5 on ios 7, will the nano 4g patch give me data and mms? Or would I have to wait for the cdma patch to be released?

That's not what I asked... I'm asking if I get an iphone 5 on ios 7 from sprint, will it have 2g and mms if I download the nano patch on it?

Some sprint iphones work, some don't work. You will never know, unless try.

I am aware that if it still has a sprint account tied to it you can get mms and edge, that's how it was for me on the iphone 4s.
