a quick question about reset after rsim

i have started using iphone x from sprint having unpaid bills using rsim in overseas, but just now i came to know that the status has changed from unpaid bills to FRAUD, if i reset the phone can i still use it using the rsim or if i reset it is not going to work anymore.
Thank you so much, i am new into this.

Depends what Network and what country basically the imei is out on a blacklist database and depending if the carrier in your country participates in the database they could block ur imei from the network.
