R-sim 10 iphone 5 Sim not valid


Hi,


I plugged my r-sim 10 in my softbank iphone 5 with a b-mobile sim card. The r-sim menu opened, i choose softbank than i5 then for 4G sim card, M2(m1 same).
-> i restarted my iphone and i have to activate my sim and get SIM not valid.

Is your sim is 4g sim or 3g sim, if it is 3g sim, try to run r-sim 10 in io 6.x.- ios 8.x mode.

You need to first use the Rsim with your real/current SIM which your phone is locked to.
If the automatic carrier selection doesn't pop up then go to settings and then to Phone and then to Sim Application
run the Sim application and choose the carrier that the PHONE is locked to (confused me the first few times)
then turn off when it says to restart.
pop out your old sim and put the new one in (again with the Rsim attached).
The Rsim will imitate whatever carrier you had set it to and you won't be asked for activation.
Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to work
