Red face R-SIM 11 vs iPhone 5 (10.3.3) from THREE HUTCHISON IE

This is my first post, so HI to Everybody!
I've got a big problem with R-SIM 11 configuration on my iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3.3). Phone is locked to: 3 (Three) Ireland, and I really don't know how to make it work. I want it to work with any Polish carriers. I was trying many tutorials, and still nothing. Can someone tell me step by step, how to configure it properly? I will buy a big beer and send it to You wherever You are!
Thanks in advance

R-SIM 12 is much better, you should buy it. It has 4G too, and incoming calls work
