I have tested few iphones all success...please update iphone to ios 12.2 and use r-sim 12 and latest iccd and try... 100% working
but you need to keep r-sim inside the phone

how about iphone 4 up to 5 it is posible to unlock by ggp because not updatable to ios 12.2

you get activation error for versions lower in iphone 5 , 5c

should i change r-sim? i am 100% sure i am doing everything correctly. i have done this for more than 200 times at least. since r-sim 13 was out i have only one R12 left. idk what is happening
