Jailbreak your device,
Insert sim, restart,
Add isamteamcom to your cydia source,
install "A:R-sim ios 7 5s/5/5c ...." patch,
then open safari,
go to rsim5/nano4g,
install iRoSeTool,
after install done, open iRoSeTool,
set Force 3g, wait for the signal,
Celluler data: ON ,
Unlock done with 3G/LTE.
Note: Work only with cutsim. won't work with 128k sim!

REBOOT,
then open safari,
go to rsim5.com/nano4g,
install iRoSeTool,
after install done, open iRoSeTool,
set Force 3g, wait for the signal,
Celluler data: ON ,
Unlock done with 3G/LTE.
Note: Work only with cutsim. won't work with 128k sim!

Can you please screen cap your phone with settings general about to show IMEI, so we know it's not factory unlocked? I have never seen LTE appear with R-SIM, only E & 3G/4G with 64K cut SIMs.

ive tryed every way nothing seems to work with my 4s using r-sim 8+ keeps asking for activation when i get it to say o2 as carrier then says invalid sim so then i have to put my orange sim back in

You need to choose the original carrier of the phone(Sprint/Verizon/AT&T, etc.), and then you should either see No Service(if your SIM is too newer) or Carrier + 3G. If you're running a GSM phone. If it's Sprint/Verizon, you need to jailbreak.

I try with nano sim and no 3g
I replace sim card (this is sim card which can be change to micro sim) and no 3g
I don't think that my MNO have different cards? Is there is any way check that card is 64k ?

Yes I confirm, just buy micro sim 64kb, put in iphone, install irosetool patch and click in it 3g patch. It will be not closed. Sorry for bad English, I'm from Belarus.

on iphone 4s you can use any 64, 128, 256 k sim card...this forum is for iphone 5 on sprint
