Hello,

I'm also using iPhone 5 from orange uk but in Poland.
It depends what sim card you are using. Some cards don't need to use patch, mostly
these are 64k standard sim and micro sim. All nano simcard are not compatible with r-sim and you need to install ir0se patch to make it work. You can try replace your MOBILCZ simcard to standard sim or micro sim and cut it to nano.

ir0se tool forces iPhone to work only edge. You can try to disable it. Just run ir0se app then select button at the top. After that you will have 2 options first one is to enable patch and second to disable patch. After you disable patch you will have 3g on VODAFONE but MOBILCZ will not work.

Yes, i have tested it. This patch is useless for iPhone 5 GSM version. It's designed for iPhone 5 CDMA version to make it usable in gsm network.

If we talk about jailbreak, everything will be fine because we can access all the plist and deleted every carrier specific preferences.

Progresss? What progress? This RSIM team have the most terrible support then the other sim interposer. Just read another thread in this subforum, and see how many times the product supporter showed up.

In this "support forum" all we can do is help each other with almost no support from the product supporter itself...
