3G already working , only SMS and issue while changing networks in roaming

No change in carrier bundle , network switch when I move from one state to another , phone comes with message that your sim played a tone and then network signal goes blank dots

Carrier is now Sprint 17.0 instead of 16.0

ok its been since feb since anyone spoke up but did anybody get anything going for them i been doing a lot of reading if someone is willing to answer some questions it would help i more less know whats going on with the block just need a lil more info
so someobody willing to chat hit me back i know things are diff now cuz its 8 but i got ?
