R-Sim mini 2 issue

I got my R-SIM Mini 2 in the mail today but i'm having issues with it. I have a Sprint 4s 7.1.1. I'm trying to put a Verizon sim card in it but whenever i try to put the r-sim in as well as the verizon sim card, it acts as if no sim was inserted. If i put the verizon one in alone, it takes me to the activation screen eventually until i take out the sim.
I've tried with a family mobile sim as well.
Bad sim? I registered the code and it said it was legit the first time I entered it in. after that it said I had a fake so I assume you can only enter a code in once.

What should I do?

Try to restore the phone to factory specs.

After that Turn off cellular data and try to set up the RSIM once again.

Still not working. Could it be my sim card? it's a mini sim card not a micro and i'm using the default sim card slot and just laying the r-sim over my sim card. I'm positive i have it aligned properly and it's not moving though.

Try to use a regular sim card and cut it down to micro sim. Make sure it's a 128K sim card.

Still nothing. Do you think the company would send a new one if I contacted them or no?
What should I do?

Where did you purchase from?

If it's from one of the website resellers then I would think so.

If I were you, just purchase the RSIM AIR for iphone 4S.
