Red Mini Dongle to Update RSim 14 help - GSM-Forum

OKay so if I am understanding correctly, there is a update for the green Rsim 14 and can be done with the red mini dongle. But I am having trouble getting success.

I have downloaded V19.3 RSIM14+ For iOS13 2019.11.01 software and made sure my dongle has been installed correctly. I have made the exact steps I have seen in videos and tutorials connecting to correct com, settings baud at 19200 and everything, my software says connects to server success but just hangs and nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong? Or have I misunderstood and this is not possible with my green box RSim 14 v12.3 and red mini dongle?

Same for me using mini dongle and rsim 12:
Connect server success!

Then...........nothing

Try setting the port speed to 9600. The only way I was able to update the firmware on rsim12.

I dont think it works because I have tried every method that exists in this world and the supported not replying here tells us it doesn't work. They want us to buy the update dongle they just launched.
