hi, olmost all the rsim doesnt let you edit iccid you can edit with a sim card without service (without line) then called *5005*7672*0# or *5005*7672*88# or *5005*7672*99# or *5005*7672*00# hope it can help you but remember for the moment there is not iccid hope it help

Yes, I have a v9.2 r-sim and 11.2.6 and is working like a charm.
And I heard is working also on ios 11.3
