Due to the old version unlock program not perfect on ios13
Through hard research we get a new program( R-SIM15+ V19.2)
Includes improvements

1.Add TMSI manual2 , More easier,More stable.
2.Select Mode
3.bug fixed

this new rsim updator not working for rsim 14+..always red light what is the isseu...but it works good for rsim 15....i thing rsim 14+ doesnot support update or what..please rsim team clearify with instructions
