Member: 2034442 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | R-SIM7 v6.8 ---> NO SIM A couple of days ago i bought this iphone with the r-sim mentioned in the title. It works perfect. I wanted to have a clean iphone so i went ahead and restarted all settings. The iphone restarted and went it booted up it said the iphone had to be activated. I tried to remove the r-sim but i didn't have the proper tool ( I must have moved smth there). After that i took the iphone to this shop, they took the r - sim out, re insert it and asked for the activation code which was the one for T-Mobile Austria. After that, the iphone worked perfect all day long, i turned it off and went to bed. Today i wake up, I turn it on, and it says NO SIM on the top-left corner. Wifi works fine, everything works fine except the SIM CARD. Any thoughts or help on this issue? Thank you! Julian |

Member: 2034018 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | What troubleshooting have you tried? Okay.. so your phone is showing "No Sim" on the top left corner of the screen. 1) Have you tried re-booting the phone? 2) With the phone off, try removing the sim tray and verify both r-sim and t-mobile sim are positioned well. 3) Try restarting the phone after verifying the sim cards are in good positioning. 4) When the phone is On, what happens when you remove the sim tray and re-insert the sim tray... does it always say "No Sim". |
