i cant send sms altghout i was able to send sms on ios 6.1.4 and i have installed the patch and its not working also

The patch can not work ios7 bata6 ,bata5,4,3,2,1can work ,waiting new patch ,r-sim9 is working all ios7 .Do not worry wait R-SIM Team

Hi,

I will make that very clear in few days... After iOS7 Gold Master Release to make sure that Apple will not block us out again with the final release..

Yes There will be R-SIM9 for iPhone 5C, Special R-SIM build for iPhone 5C because of some differences in the unlocking sequence... more info will be made public soon, dont panic.
