Reset RSIM 10

Hello all, I solve the problem now with RSIM 10. Phone is Verizon and I use it in the Czech Republic. I managed to unblock a 2G network, but with more attempts, I accidentally put the last option in the menu RSIM "For 3G / 4G CDMA SIM Card". And now RSIM not respond to the insertion of any SIM. I would like to ask if there was any possibility to reset your RSIM to factory settings? It would mean to me. Thank you for your response.

Have a nice day.

(Sorry for my English)

Yes, that's how it should be. Unfortunately, ever since I set CDMA so this option in Settings-> phone-> application can not see. Tested with other SIM, but does not load RSIM:-(. Therefore, I ask if it is possible RSIM somehow restart? Somehow hardware manner.

it is possible that a small bending RSIM could damage? Bended was really minimal.
