RSim 12 no 4G with bouygues FR

Hello,
I unlocked my iphone 7 Japan KDDI AU 12.0.2 with RSIM 12
My simcard Bouygues FR is reconized but no 4G...Only on "Edge"

Is there is a problem with French carriers? I also tried with Free Carrier and it was the worst "No Service".

Can you help me ? I didn't find any thread with the same issue.

Use iccid unlock
But at the moment iccid Unlocker is blocked
Should be fixed in one or 2days

Iccid used already but got same issue.
If it's blocked, that's explained why I had no service for one and no 4g for another?

No 4g for me. And i entered new iccid but I still have an old one. Do I need the dongle rsim for updating?
