Follow this instructions

1.Insert the sim and ur rsim
2.select iphone model
3.select carrier so its ATT right?
4.then Accept it
5.Reboot once

If its activation right now use other sim then follow the instruction,
then repeat again insert your simcard you want to use then repeat
the procedure.

Maybe the 7 digit imsi is not the right one?
I have the 15 digit imsi number should I take the first 7 or what? (Because that's what I'm doing)
