It works in iOS8 4s & 5 but jailbreak require to do ussd etc. 😎 No jailbreak available yet.

Add <SupportsSupplementaryServicesOver3GPP</>
<true/>

to your carrier.plist

don't use it if using sprint phone's...otherwise it will cause incoming issue...some sort of disturbance in the hearing part...due to change of bundle...and installing this commcenter..
