WORKS RSIM SMS/Calls/Internet/Actviation Fix (Beta)

x1dev currently has developed a detailed guide which will likely unlock iPhone of iOS 7> using RSIM. As it is under beta, please PM me or reply to this thread and I will send you the link.

As a beta tester, you must report back whether it works or any other problems that you face so that we can update the documentation and fix it as soon as possible.

NO DISTRIBUTION IS ALLOWED FOR THE GUIDE. As a beta tester you agree to only use it for PERSONAL use and NOT UPLOAD/SHARE the guide unless permission has been given from x1dev.

The guide has been tested and currently works.

Yes, I understand that you have managed to get your RSIM to work but some people can't get RSIM to work on their iPhone.

Wink Release of Beta Guide

Hi. Due to some demand that I receive so far, I've decided to release it here BUT Still in Beta Mode. All users who uses this guide, PLEASE post the results HERE.

When you use this GUIDE, as a user, you also AGREE NOT TO DISTRIBUTE THIS GUIDE. It shall only be viewed and only shared from the original owner (x1dev).

This is a guide for only Sprint Network. May work for other networks too.

This guide also leads your iPhone to NEVER ENTER ACTIVATION MODE ANYMORE once activated. Activation runs in background.

Please give a "Thanks" too if it works!!

(SORRY Please please add dots in the link since I can't post a link now) :P

its kinda tricky you need to patient enough otherwise
1. Get your device activated using the rsim, buh be careful here as it gets activated pull out the sim
2. jailbreak device using pangu, when done add this repo R-SIM??? then install the first patch A: ....ios8.x/7 ....
3. reboot device with sim inside
4. after reboot there is network no data no ussd function no sms thats no problem
5. done with that
6. here is the trick naw retore the fone to factory settings naw
7. after restore the fone will activate with network as if factory unlocked
8.jailbreak again and add R-SIM??? repo and install the first patch
9. thats all reboot the fone voila everything naw work

Yes you may be correct but the phone can still enter activation mode?? whereas this ensures that activation only runs in the background. Useful especially if you are in "No Service" areas. No need for activation, still can use the phone. Also, it does not need any wifi to re-activate based on few test so far.

Post activation

Ok. Yes I know it works for you but please understand in other countries, it does not really work as it does not get internet signal OR only very weak internet signal which will kick in activation. This is not what most people want. By using my guide, you will be running a Carrier 18 instead. The Unknown bundle is the Unlocked Bundle, hence making it work worldwide.

About activation. I've tested such methods before and have been experimenting RSIM methods including changing ipcc files and etc. Due to the nature of lockdownd in iPhone, the activation server needs to be blocked, hence it cannot communicate with the activation server anymore once activated. Thus only activating the cellular.
