Im using iphone 6 rsim9 ios 8.1 vodafone turkey i cant use 3g just 2g ım using rpatchtool but still same

There is no problem, you are using a USIM (128K SIM) and wih that type of SIM card you will need the RPATCH and even with it, you'll only get 2G.

What can i do for that its only on vodafone ? 256k sim could be solution?

128/256 is the same for rsim. You can get it to work only if you jailbreak and then add the rsim repo and install the first patch. After that 3G should work fine

The repo is isamteam com. You have to install patch "A"
