Solve the Problem of Activation Loop

I solved this problem renaming the folder Setup.app and moving away!!
Rsim 9 gold perfect working on IPhone 5s SoftBank Japan 7.1.1 with my Italian Sim Vodafone 3G included.

Renaming/deleting setup.app folder won't show you activation screen. But if you travelled in a roaming zone or at some low network area, you will see only bars without career name. Here, you can't make/receive any calls/text. It means deletion of a setup.app folder only just hide the activation screen, but in background it does perform the same operation.
