Sprint iPhone 5 hardware unlock question

I'm needing to buy two cards to have our sprint phones hardware unlocked, one is a 5 and the other is a 4s. Now my question is will my 5 support LTE(I'll take 4g) and will the 4s support 4g. I see there is a patch to add 4g/lte, but does it work? And it requires an activation code, how do I get that code once I've bought the cards?

I came here because it seems that the producer of these cards is advertising here. I hope you can answer my questions.

Edge!?! Eff that, not sure if it makes a difference but I'm on a warrant swap from apple and all the cdma phones try swap(verizon and sprint) are the same, I see them select the network verizon or sprint everytime I get a new one(gotta love AppleCare) I know the verizon one has more LTE bands, but not sure if it matters.
