The sprint situation: be honest - iPhone 5 & 8.1.2 info with Rsim 9pro

I have a questions that I hope you can answer. I've got an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1 it's locked to sprint, but I'm using the rsim9 pro to get around that. So here's my question:
Can I upgrade my iOS to the new 8.1.2 and still use my current rsim to use the phone after jail breaking it? Any1 have any experience with this situation?
I'm currently able to use 3G, SMS, etc. will I still be able to use them after upgrading?

Yes you can update and same R sim 9Pro will work for you..., for 3G and SMS you need to jailbreak your phone..

Yes you can update to 8.1.2 no issue and rsim 9 pro works fine
After update jailbreak the phone and for fixing internet and message issue

install ifile from cydia
then locate sprint lte us bundle in
system library iphone carrier bundle, copy the name of the sprint folder, delete that and then search for carrier lab bundle, rename it to sprint folder name.
Restart the phone and it will get activated for using net and message.

after that install irosetool from unlock pro . ru / nano4g for switching 2g-3g
thats it!

I have iPhone 5 sprint ios8.1.1 working fine wit rsim mini n jailbroken for 3G/sms....now if I upgrade to iOS 8.1.2 then which rsim will work for it as it is SPRINT locked ....plz reply soon...

same situation as 7.0.6: everything's working except 3g, but it depends on 128k usim that my rsim8+ (like every r-sims out till now) can't manage correctly on iphone5

Okay, I'm praying this will work one question, where do I get carrier lab bundle and how do I do the renaming?

So this is really strange, but I updated to 8.1.2 and the phone works 100% without Jailbreak! 3G, iMessage, everything
I'm not sure how or why, but it's perfect Alhumdulillah

iMessage and Facetime are not activating. This might be because I have blocked international texting with my carrier. The activation requires a text to be sent to a server in the UK. I'll unblock it, and update you as it progresses.


Also, i'm getting a notification on the screen every once in a while saying my iphone is not activated, yet have no problems with making/receiving calls, or internet. What's up with that?
