Is this necessary on AT&T unlocked phones with R-SIM/GPP or just Sprint or Verizon unlocked phones? I am sending an AT&T 4S to Israel and don't know if I should change the country code. I guess I will do it just to be safe. Thanks for the guide!

31 00 00 00 75 73 00 00 94 17 00 00 appeared as

31 00 00 00 75 73 00 00 90 c9 00 00 in my Sprint 4S. I changed it to this for Armenia:

33 37 34 00 75 73 00 00 e8 02 00 00 I can't test until the iPhone reaches Armenia but the contacts are showing up in new format now here in USA, so I guess it worked.

Thanks!

Obrigado.

Worked perfectly. Changed country code of nl (31) to US (1) using the hex editor and fixed it.

For anyone who has contacts not showing up correctly, this guide will help. I can send default.phoneformat for your country if you have any trouble.
