use RSIM on non iphone phone?

I know this is a stupid question but want to do it anyway.

IOs it possible to use a rsim 12 in a non iphone phone?

If I use an iphone and Set up the rsim parameters (IMSI), etc. then I remove and insert into non iphone phone would this work ?

there was a time many years ago, where there was a product named TurboSIM for this purpose...

It is possible that it might work but only in tmsi mode. However I don't think android phones get a tmsi from the network when they show invalid SIM. In that case it would stop working after a few hours until you put it in the other phone to refresh tmsi just like the old rebelsim did. It might be possible to get a TMSI by calling 112 and hanging up with the original SIM inserted (without rsim) but I wouldn't bother.
