Dear Kinglock, my friend have ordered dongle and rsim combo from the GSM website yesterday and it's shipped,. will this be v 9.5? or will i have to upgrade via dongle? also will I receive activation code for upgrading my current v 9.1 rsim?

What to do to get our R-Sim 12 back to work? There's no update in the official web page. Your support *****! Should first get version 9.5 ready to download then announce "Orders welcome". Your behaving like street sellers.

still no iccid? If you guys update new product, why can't you just give iccid to us frustrated customers who've been checking forum every other hour to get our phone back working? It's not about the money, it's the inconvience that we put trust in your product and expect you to help customers for more sales..

I think R-sim is hold to all many seller buy the new r-sim and after that is up to people with buy it want share this iccid or not..get some money bruhhh after celebrating day.

Let us see the proof that you have 9.5 100% working before asking us to order... we don’t want to be wasting our money like we did it before with rsim 9 gold,rsim mini,rsim 10,rsim etc. I don’t understand how come you want we order if we haven’t seen them work. Should we trust on you again? I don’t think so
