Carrier: Carphone Warehouse Flex GB = is a Flex Carrier which mean that initial it is locked to Country in this case Great Britain .
After 1st activation with any UK sim it will lock to that operator with which sim you activated iPhone .
So it can be 3 UK, Orange/T-Mobile/EE, Vodafone, O2 UK.
To found on which operator is locked your mobile = buy FULL GSX report !

Phone will be locked to 1st activated SIM card.(eg:O2)..but not in their database..for unlock..so unlocking is not easy if even locked in O2
