hi team
i made backup nvram and security and flashing device
turn on but imei invalid
restory not help me...
how restore please help...

Instead of read exe help, you lost lot of time making useless actions.

Alcatel have otp imei.
This meen, imei will never lost , and imei not need to repair.
But , on firmware problems, security problems so on phone can show damaged imei.
This is well known and extremly old in mediateck phones thing.
Exists many ways to solve this, but simple way to solve your problem is to select corect model from list and perform full flash.

i flash firmware the one on the sticker phone and imei restored
