Dump database from phone and try to perform unlock with database dumped from phone.

Phone can have hard locked network.
For what operator this phone is locked?
Also phone is application locked or have simlock?
Contact me by skype please, posible will need to perform firmware update so on.

For now, really no idea, you are first who have log like this, need to check exactly where is problem.

phone is sim locked 8 tries left

it was 10 before now code unlock is 8 left..

So is not hard locked ..
