In backup-restore tab you have button specially for this.

is i needed to read full dump or only nvrm backup and no modem data base file founded on support

Read full dump and read nvram is posible also yes and have own buttons.
But for database backup not need to use Backup Nvram button or full flash button, this buttons will not help you to save database from phone.
In your case need to use "Backup modem database" button.
