You must flash factory firmware and you must perform full flash or full erase + full flash(make security backup before)
Your preloader and your secro differ(differ rsa sign) and exe give you warning about.
Even if you will succed somehow to write this firmware in phone, result will be dead phone.
This is very old and well known issue on huawei phones, strange how you not know about.

Sir phone is on and it stuck on first logo after flash still same
and i saw this file on many phone file is 100%ok and tested
some phone give error why

many stuck on logo phones have damaged hardware.
You must check first if problem come from hardware or from firmware.
If problem come from hardware, need to fix hardware first.
